Hardware is shiny, and zipper pulls and functions well. Some cracks at the end of the zipper run, very common for this model. Interior has some light markings. Pocket is clean and zipper pulls well. Handles are in great condition, some small markings, but no cracks or tears. Chapes are strong. A beautiful everyday bag with tons of usage left!
