Hardware is shiny, and zipper pulls and functions well. Some micro cracks at the end of the zipper, very common for this model. Interior is very clean. Pocket is clean and zipper pulls well. Handles are in great condition, some small markings, but no cracks or tears. Chapes are strong and in excellent condition. A beautiful everyday bag with tons of usage left!
